Takadaya's specialty sesame soba is the only one of its kind in the country, made from high-quality Sarashina flour kneaded with plenty of nutritious, healthy black sesame seeds.To enjoy the taste of sesame soba, we recommend the "seiro" (bamboo steamer)! Of course, we also have a wide selection of hot soba, tsukesoba, bukkake soba, and more.
